Easy to Digest Gels
I have been using BOOM for several years now. I find the gels are very easy to ingest mid-activity and do not give me any digestive issues. Although I will say that the raspberry is a bit thicker than some of the other flavors (Namely Grape and Apple)

This is the second time I have purchased a variety pack, of boom gels. It doesn't mess with my stomach like others have. And the flavor it is tasty!!
